– Must be in original packaging.

– An unboxing video is required as proof for any damaged, defective, or wrong product claim.

3. Non-Returnable Items

– Undergarments, cosmetics, and food items.

– Products purchased on sale or with coupons.

– Items without unboxing video proof.

4. Exchange
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we will exchange it free of cost. Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Refund
Once we receive and check the returned product, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days to your original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Bank). Note: Delivery charge is non-refundable.

7. Return Shipping
